It turns out that White still has a winning position after this, but it all becomes harder.

50... Rxh3! 51. Rxd2 Rxb3 52. c5

52. Ra2 is simpler.

52... Ke7 53. Kd5 Ra3 54. Rd4 Kd7 55. Rb4?

Only this lets the win slip. 55. Rf4, 55. Rg4, and 55. Rh4 are the only moves that win (Nalimov tablebases).

55... Kc7= 56. Kc4 Kc6 57. Rb6+ Kc7 58. Rb4 Ra1 59. Kb5 Rc1?

Now White would be winning again after (59... Rc1) 60. a5.

59... Kb7 draws, as does R to anywhere from d1 to h1.
