Norms	Alex Lopez recorded his second IM norm
Discrepancies	The title norm document and the later title application list Lopez's average opponent rating as 2436. But this was the average rating of all participants in the event, including Lopez himself. His average opponent rating was actually 2443 7/9, which would be rounded up to 2444. As it happened, this did not affect the score required for a norm.
