Ratings	FIDE ratings are from the July 2011 list ICU ratings are from the May 2011 list
Discrepancies	The FIDE report gives the Chief Arbiter as Seán Hewitt and the Deputy Arbiter as Rory Delaney, but a Stephen Brady comment (dead link as of February 12, 2019) at the LCU blog gives Pat Fitzsimons as organiser and arbiter. The FIDE report probably reused a template from the Irish championship. Similarly the time limit in the FIDE tournament report pgn file doesn't match the comment.
