A new page has been added here on FIDE title norms achieved by Irish players (and by non-Irish players in events played in Ireland). The page also lists progress of Irish players towards titles.

FM titles abc……Keith Allen now resident in the IOM achieved his 2320 FIDE rating when he lived in Ireland…he was very active on the Irish weekend tournament circuit back in the day. ( he still plays under the IRL banner https://ratings.fide.com/profile/2501147 )
