Ratings	FIDE ratings are from the July 2011 list ICU ratings are from the May 2011 list (the September list did not appear until September 10)
Club affiliations	Several players did not appear in the July 2011 ICU list but were listed in the September version. They are listed here as unrated but with club affiliation taken from the September list.
Unplayed games	The crosstable form doesn't distinguish between full byes, ½-point byes, and games not played: each is given as "0000 -". Player totals are given but for players with more than one such unplayed game, the exact distribution may not be correct. This affects round-by-round totals.
